Love the convenience of the app! Mobile check deposits are great and being able to check account balances & transfer money between them on the go is amazing. My biggest problem with the app is that depositing checks are sometimes difficult and have to be in the perfect lighting for it to work at times. Besides that, its pretty good overall!

ECU is the best bank I have ever had. The app is great way to connect with your accounts.

I like the easy to use interface- it tells me what I need to know without too much clutter. I would love it, though, if there was a note box on the transfer screen to make give reasons for transfers (to remind you & the person receiving money of reason).

I love the mobile check cashing feature but acceptable photos can take up to 10 minutes to capture and not be rejected by the software. Also the bill pay feature is horrible. I was told there is a two day processing time and weekends/holidays are off limits and not included in the processing time. Ive been trying to pay a bill due on 11/15 since 11/9 and regardless of what I do, the delivery date is 11/16. You guys need to seriously work on that. Super frustrating for someone to try to pay a bill almost a week in advance only to discover it is going to be late regardless.
